Job Description/Requirements

The Agricultural Technician supports field operations by conducting soil sampling, crop scouting, and data collection to ensure optimal crop performance. They assist with planting, harvesting, pest monitoring, and equipment calibration. The technician works closely with agronomists and farm managers to execute field trials, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Requirements:

Associate degree in agriculture or related field

Knowledge of soil science and crop production

Ability to operate basic farm machinery

Strong observation and reporting skills
